What’s the secret to happiness and creativity?
I grew up in a house of extremes.
A father who was loud and quick-tempered.
A mother who worried in silence.
I learned early how to read a room.
How to sense tension before it was spoken.
How to decode emotions that lived between words.
I became a quiet detective of human behavior.
When we moved to the United States at nine years old, I learned something else — what it feels like to be the outsider. The new kid. The one trying to belong.
Later in life, I would experience more transitions:
A 13-year marriage that ended.
Unhealthy habits I had to confront.
Addictions I had to outgrow.
Identities I had to release.
Each chapter stripped something away.
And in the stripping, I discovered something simple:
Belonging does not come from perfection.
It comes from truth.
Over the years, I studied human nature formally and informally — through university, certifications, books, conversations with thinkers and creators, and most importantly, through my own unraveling and rebuilding.
But the most important lesson I learned wasn’t academic.
It was this:
We can only transmit what we have lived.
I don’t teach from theory.
I build rooms I once needed.
ThinkSimpler was born from my own exhaustion with mental chaos.
Juicy Kitchen was born from my hunger for warm, real connection.
Today, I am not here to fix you.
I am here to gather those who are ready to stop performing and start belonging.
If you are in transition…
If you are quietly overthinking…
If you are strong on the outside but craving depth on the inside…
There is a seat at the table.
And if I am not your person, I hope you find one.
Because no one should navigate reinvention alone.
With gratitude,
Masha

I’m Diana, and the way I help people comes from life, loss, healing, and truth. Losing my father at an early age, surviving abuse, and grieving the loss of close friends shaped me in profound ways, deepening my intuition and my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Those experiences taught me to recognize pain, hold space with compassion, and understand the parts of people that are often left unspoken.
Humor became part of my healing and part of my voice. It helped me survive, stay open, and bring light into places that once felt unbearably heavy. Today, I bring that same humor, raw honesty, emotional depth, and, at times, numerology into my work to help people better understand themselves, trust their path, and find clarity, strength, and meaning in their lives.
